One thing up front: I’m happy to answer questions about what’s written on this site—but I can’t give individual medical advice, and I’m not allowed to. If your tinnitus or hearing loss has just started or come on suddenly, please see an ENT doctor first rather than waiting for my reply. In the acute phase, that’s the most important thing.
