This website is hosted by an external service provider (host: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include, among other things, IP addresses, contact requests, metadata and communication data, and access data.
The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing users (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast, and efficient provision of this online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses).
3. General Notes and Mandatory Information
Storage Duration
Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this Privacy Policy, your personal data will be retained by me until the purpose for processing it no longer applies. If you submit a legitimate deletion request or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible grounds for retaining it.
Withdrawing Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

4. Data Collection on This Website
Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me or the host. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- hostname of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website—for this, the server log files must be collected.
5. Affiliate Links / Distribution Partnership
On the product page, I refer to products from PM International AG (FitLine brand). I am a registered distribution partner of the company. When you click on such a link and subsequently purchase a product, the respective provider may set cookies or comparable technologies in order to attribute the purchase to my recommendation and settle a commission. I have no influence on this data processing by the respective provider; that provider’s privacy policy applies.
6. Contact by Email
If you send me inquiries by email, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing the inquiry) or—insofar as it concerns the initiation of a contract—on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
7. Chatbot (Voiceflow)
This website includes a chatbot provided through the service Voiceflow (Voiceflow, Inc.). The chatbot appears as a button in the bottom-right corner. To display the chat window, program code is loaded automatically (after a short delay) from Voiceflow’s servers; at this point, technical connection data such as your IP address may already be transmitted to Voiceflow.
When you actively use the chatbot, the messages you enter as well as technical data (including IP address, browser and device information, time of use, and a session identifier) are transmitted to and processed by Voiceflow in order to answer your inquiries. Please do not enter health data or other particularly sensitive personal data in the chat.
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in providing you with a simple, interactive information and contact option. Use of the chatbot is voluntary.
Voiceflow may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (including the USA). Insofar as such a transfer takes place, it is based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
