This website is hosted by an external service provider (host: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include, among other things, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, and access data.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing users (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of this online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, this is based on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses).

4. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

On the product page, I refer to products from PM International AG (brand FitLine), of which I am a registered distribution partner. When you click on such a link and subsequently purchase a product, the respective provider may set cookies or comparable technologies in order to attribute the purchase to my recommendation and to settle a commission. 7. Chatbot (Voiceflow)

This website includes a chatbot provided through the service Voiceflow (Voiceflow, Inc.). The chatbot appears as a button in the bottom-right corner. To display the chat window, program code is loaded automatically (after a short delay) from Voiceflow's servers; at this point, technical connection data such as your IP address may already be transmitted to Voiceflow.

When you actively use the chatbot, the messages you enter — along with technical data (including IP address, browser and device information, time of use, and a session identifier) — are transmitted to and processed by Voiceflow in order to answer your inquiries. Please do not enter health data or other particularly sensitive personal data in the chat.

This processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in providing you with a simple, interactive information and contact option. Use of the chatbot is voluntary.

Voiceflow may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (including the USA). Insofar as such a transfer takes place, it is based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
