The Supplements I've Taken Since 2013
I am a registered distribution partner of PM International (brand: FitLine), whose products I link to on this page. I have personally been taking these products consistently since 2013 — I stand behind them.
When you order the products through my links, I receive a commission on your purchase. The price stays exactly the same for you — the products cost the same through my link as they do anywhere else.
The research, the content on this site, the concept behind it — all of this has cost me an enormous amount of time, energy, stress, and money over the years. If my content is useful to you and you want to head in a similar direction, I'd very much appreciate if it happened through my links — as a small thank-you for the work. But of course you're equally free to buy them through any other source.
Who I am and why I've stood behind these products since 2013 — you can read about that in my biography.
Note on returns: The company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the purchase price for its products. The exact terms are listed directly in the shop.
My Stack
These are the products I have used consistently since 2013 — already during my tinnitus years, and unchanged to this day. Listed in the order I take them throughout the day.
The product that, for me, typically produces the niacin flush after 10–15 minutes — a warmth that spreads through my skin and what I personally read as a noticeable boost. This experience has been consistent for me since 2013: sometimes stronger, sometimes milder, depending on how I'm feeling on a given day — but I always feel it. My morning product, taken right after waking up on an empty stomach.
This is my personal sensory experience and not a typical or scientifically established effect of this product.
Order here →With fat-soluble vitamins, trace elements, and plant extracts. My everyday foundation. I take it in the morning, about 30 minutes after the B-complex.
Order here →I take this in the morning together with the base complex. Fat-soluble ingredients need oil to be absorbed — so taking them together just makes sense to me.
Order here →My evening product. I take it about an hour before going to bed — part of my evening routine since 2013.
Order here →The niacin flush — no need to panic
When you take the B-Vitamin Complex with Niacin, the so-called niacin flush can set in after about 10–15 minutes: a warmth, often a slight tingling or reddening of the skin. This is a known, well-documented effect of niacin — it briefly widens the blood vessels and boosts circulation. Don't be alarmed — the effect is normal, harmless, and fades on its own after a short while.
For me, that exact sensation was an important signal: I read it as a sign that my body — and, the way I felt it, my ear too — was being especially well supplied with blood and nutrients in that moment.
If you'd like to ease into the concept carefully, you can start with the B-complex alone — to experience the flush once for yourself while supporting your metabolism with the B-vitamins. And maybe, like me, you'll notice a tangible rise in energy over time.
Other products without commission relationship
These two products are not affiliate recommendations — I'm not directly linking them here, just sharing them for your information, because they have been part of my personal routine — and still are today. You can find them at any drugstore, pharmacy, or online.
This played a significant role for me — see my Biography Part 2 for more context.
I have regularly taken 3 mg melatonin in addition to the mineral complex in the evening for years. Please discuss the right dosage for you with your doctor — in Germany, melatonin is prescription-only above a certain dose; in the US it is available over the counter.
Background
I describe how I use these products in my daily routine on my Approach page.
→ To the Approach page →Of course you are completely free to try out my overall concept — as I describe it on this website — with products from other companies as well.
Personally, I wouldn't currently switch to other products or other companies. I tried a lot back then — from Germany, from abroad, online, from health food stores — and burned through a serious amount of money in the process. Out of everything I tried, the products linked here are the ones that worked best for me by far.
But I can't claim to have an overview of the entire market, and other manufacturers may well have stepped up in recent years.
